I've put to close poll after 10 days, I thought it would have done it by now but nope.

People should atleast explain why they vote "no", tbh, cause it's some serious offense against a person.

I am too late but I would have voted for a second chance in our forum, Jade might not want to give him , it is her right, and as a team we should support her, but I said elsewhere, I always prefer the dialogue before shutting the door at someone's face. But that's just me and my insignificant sentimental crap

Successful businessmen don't have sentimental crap when they have to make the best decision for a best solution. They could be perceived as greedy monsters.

And Jade knew about this poll. I've put the link straight up in my message to her. If she even cared, she would have logged in for this. But she didn't. At least she said it's entirely up to our community and no need to go by her decisions.

I initially started the poll without any opinion asked for a second chance simply because Jade didn't convince me enough on all of this at the end. Hence why I cancelled my initial decision and started this poll for the best.
It's a tie and I didn't stick to my initial decision. NO. Simply put, it's a tie AND it's not convincing me enough to blacklist him. Laz would have voted YES as well if he logged in all these times.

I was siding up with Jade at first but slowly went neutral at the end based off her reactions.
